I’m excited to officially share some special news: my wife, Abigail vandenBoogaart, has joined me in real estate.
Real estate has been a big part of my life for a long time. I started in the industry over a decade ago, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping families buy, sell, move, grow, downsize, start over, and take some really big steps in life.
Now, getting to do that with Abby by my side makes this next chapter even more meaningful.
If you know Abby, you know she has a way of making people feel comfortable. She is caring, patient, steady, and thoughtful. She listens well, pays attention to the little details, and genuinely wants people to feel taken care of.
Those are the exact qualities that make her such a great fit for real estate.
Together, our goal is simple. We want to serve families with honesty, hard work, and a personal approach. We want our clients to feel like they have someone in their corner, someone they can call with questions, lean on during the process, and trust to guide them well.
Buying or selling a home is a big deal. It is not just paperwork, showings, inspections, offers, and closings. It is where your family lives, where memories are made, where kids grow up, and where new chapters begin. We do not take that lightly.
A Personal, Local Approach
As a husband-and-wife team, we are especially excited to serve the communities we know and love, including North Branch, Lapeer, Oxford, Rochester, and the surrounding areas.
This part of Michigan means a lot to us. Abby has family roots here, and we are raising our own young family here. We know the back roads, the small towns, the local businesses, the farms, the neighborhoods, and the people who make these communities feel like home.
Whether someone is looking for a house in town, a little more land, a family home, a first home, or a move closer to the people they love, we understand how personal that decision can be.
Outside of real estate, Abby and I are busy raising our kids, working on our little homestead, building things, fixing things, and probably taking on more projects than we should. That is just part of who we are.

I have always tried to be more than just “the Realtor.” I want to be someone people can call when they need advice, direction, or a trusted local connection.
